Description
The Production Team Coach manages the production team on the shop floor, monitors efficiency, quality, and safety, coaches and evaluates operators, and reports production results to management. The role is based in Temse for a plastics-processing company, requires management experience in a technical production environment and fluency in Dutch, and can be performed on two or three shifts.
