Description
The Packaging Technician operates and maintains automatic and semi-automatic packaging equipment, including setup, calibration, changeovers, printing systems, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and finished-goods inventory processes. The role also performs documentation, supports material handling and cleanup, assists with training, maintains 5S standards and machine scheduling, and promotes compliance, environmental health and safety, and continuous improvement. A high school diploma or GED is required; technical school training and experience with automated equipment are preferred. The work is performed in manufacturing and production environments and includes physical handling demands.
