Description
The Production Technician – Assembly assembles foodservice equipment components and finished products according to blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. The role includes quality inspection, troubleshooting, equipment setup and maintenance, calibration, repairs, and use of gauges and fixtures. It requires a high school education or equivalent, up to three years of related manufacturing experience or training, or an equivalent combination, and involves a Monday–Friday schedule with 40 hours per week and occasional overtime.
