Description
The Production Operator is responsible for troubleshooting machines to maintain continuous production, supporting output and scrap-rate targets, monitoring machine status, sustaining 5S, supporting setup and trial runs, collecting production data, coordinating samples and urgent orders, resolving quality and machine issues, maintaining production records, and updating work instructions and safety documents. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of similar or related experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and the ability to work shifts of 8 or 12 hours.
