The Paint Production Operator operates and maintains paint-production machinery, mixes pigments, solvents, and resins, weighs ingredients, adjusts viscosity, checks batch quality and colour matches, coordinates with technical teams, and handles packaging, palletizing, and FIFO storage. The role requires a secondary-school graduate, at least one year of experience, Bahasa Malaysia and English communication, independent work, planning and organisation, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, and a positive team attitude.
