Shield AI is hiring Production Technicians to support the hands-on fabrication, assembly, testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and repair of composite aircraft, UAVs, avionics, ground-control systems, and related electronics. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions, performing paint and bodywork, supporting engine ground runs, coordinating aircraft delivery, and maintaining documentation. Candidates need 6 months to 1 year of relevant aircraft production or manufacturing experience, including composite layup, avionics fabrication or installation, aircraft final assembly, or ground-support work, plus experience with Material Requirements Planning. The position offers full-time regular or temporary employee packages with pay, bonus, benefits, and equity.
