Description
The Carbon Fiber Production Operator works in a team environment to safely perform carbon-fiber production operations, including safety and quality checks, sampling, hazardous-waste handling, minor mechanical maintenance, overtime, and relief of teammates. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, one to three years of related experience or training, the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, English proficiency, computer and software skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and wear a full-face respirator.
