Solid Sealing Technology, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, is hiring a Production Technician for ceramic manufacturing in Watervliet, New York. The role involves setting up and operating process equipment, moving products through furnace, cleaning, leak test, and other production steps, troubleshooting equipment and product issues, and assisting engineers with process development, validation, prototype builds, and continuous improvement. The position requires an associate’s degree in a technical field and prior manufacturing experience, with preference for ceramics experience; it is a full-time role with annualized salary, hourly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and additional leave and insurance coverage.
