Description
HWI is hiring a Production Technician for its production team. The role focuses on safely forming, finishing, packaging, and quality-checking fired refractory brick, while operating presses, setters, pickers, scales, transport machinery, kiln cars, and lift trucks. The technician also analyzes equipment and process performance, performs minor preventive maintenance, supports maintenance troubleshooting, charts process variables, and participates in production meetings. A high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, basic OSHA safety knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and manufacturing experience are preferred or helpful.
