Description
The Production Technician I tests, troubleshoots, refurbishes, and prepares enterprise IT equipment for reuse. Responsibilities include re-qualifying servers, disk arrays, and networking equipment; inspecting and recertifying parts; disassembling systems into spare parts; documenting inventory; supporting server, storage, and networking testing and configuration; collaborating with operational, planning, procurement, L3 Support, and R&D teams; and improving throughput processes. The role offers hands-on mentorship, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and seeks candidates interested in electronics, computers, or mechanical systems; prior experience is not required, while 1–3 years of relevant experience is a bonus.
