L2 Aviation is hiring a Production Technician I to fabricate, assemble, and test electrical harnesses and electronic assemblies for aerospace applications. The role includes incoming inspection, wire preparation, connector termination, harness assembly, continuity and functional testing, labeling, kitting, and use of avionics test equipment, while following FAA and company standards. Candidates should have harness or panel assembly experience, precision hand-tool skills, ESD awareness, soldering experience, and the ability to interpret drawings and schematics; a high school diploma or trade school equivalent is required.
