Description
The role supervises production machines, troubleshoots equipment to maintain continuous production, monitors and reports machine status, supports complicated orders, helps meet output and scrap-rate targets, trains new operators, supports engineers with new-item setup and trial runs, tracks spare parts and consumables, and maintains 5S standards. The position requires a high school diploma or relevant experience, 3–4 years of similar or related experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and the ability to work shifts of 8 or 12 hours.
