Description
The role supports continuous production by troubleshooting machines, monitoring complex orders, helping meet output and scrap-rate targets, training new operators, reporting machine status, maintaining 5S, supporting engineers with new-item setup and trial runs, and tracking spare parts and consumables. It requires a high school diploma or relevant experience, 3–4 years in a similar role or related experience, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and the ability to work shifts of 8 or 12 hours.
