Description
Commonwealth Fusion Systems is hiring a full-time Production Technician to build, test, and maintain electromechanical parts and superconducting magnets. The role involves performing production builds, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, using precision tools, interpreting assembly and wiring diagrams, operating production and testing equipment, and collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and other departments. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six years of experience in mechanical or electrical assembly and hand tools. The position is onsite, requires night-shift work from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and pays $30–$41 per hour plus a 15% differential, with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
