Single Quantum is hiring a full-time System Test Engineer to join its production test team in the optics lab in Delft. The role focuses on testing, characterization, quality control, and validation of superconducting nanowire single-photon detector systems, including optical and electrical characterization, cryostat performance checks, troubleshooting, and coordination with sales and development teams. Applicants need a bachelor’s or HBO degree in a relevant physics or technology field, strong practical and communication skills, English fluency, and preferably experience with laser setups, fiber optics, Python automation, nanofabrication, cryogenics, quantum optics, or physics-lab work.
