Description

Texas Instruments is hiring a Production Test Engineer to develop and implement testing and evaluation methods, create production test plans, troubleshoot device and manufacturing issues, build automated test processes and fixtures, analyze yield, and support multi-factory test and assembly flows. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science field and a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA, with extensive analog circuit analysis, ATE, probe-card, software development, and semiconductor testing knowledge preferred.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical and computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of USP, Testware, Eagle 364/500, LTX Fusion, Catalyst, Agilent 407x, and Ultraflex
Knowledge of automated test equipment
