Description
The Production Testing Software Engineer develops, deploys, and maintains automated test software and instrument-control programs for mass production, supporting hardware validation, new-product introduction, MES and database integration, statistical process control, yield analysis, and production troubleshooting. The role also optimizes test sequences and equipment utilization, documents procedures, and trains production and engineering personnel. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and 2–3 years of test automation software development experience are required, along with experience in hardware instrumentation, industrial protocols, shop-floor systems, and mass-production troubleshooting.
