AriensCo is hiring a Production Trainer for its Assembly department in Brillion, Wisconsin. The role trains new and existing employees using TWI Job Instruction, evaluates trainee performance, monitors training metrics, manages training materials and 6S efforts, and supports production goals. The position also performs Assembly II production functions, troubleshoots safety, quality, and productivity issues, and participates in Kaizen events. It is a Monday–Thursday, four-day, 10-hour first-shift role with a starting pay of $24.00 per hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, and requires a high school diploma or GED, effective U.S. work authorization, and strong communication skills.
