In-N-Out Burger is hiring a full-time Production Trainer for its Lancaster, Texas meat-production warehouse. The role reports to the Meat Department Plant Manager and is responsible for creating, implementing, and executing the plant training program, coaching production Associates, coordinating classroom and on-the-job training, maintaining training records, and supporting safety and regulatory compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of food-manufacturing training experience, classroom and on-the-job training expertise, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in cold, fast-paced GMP conditions. The schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., five days per week with rotating days off, and the annual pay range is $63,540 to $73,000.
