Nemera is hiring a day-shift Production Floor Tutor to train new production employees and temporary workers on injection-molding and assembly operations. The role covers workstation introductions, machine start-up, operation, shutdown, safety, quality, documentation, and induction assessment, while also sharing best practices with supervisors and trainers. Candidates need at least one year of injection-molding or assembly operator experience, a high school diploma or GED, completed Quality and EHS training, knowledge of safety and GMP procedures, and the ability to perform physically demanding manufacturing work. The position pays $24.00–$30.00 USD per hour.
