Vertiv Ireland is hiring a Mechanical & Electrical Trainer in Letterkenny to develop production employees’ skills and confidence in mechanical and electrical assembly of power distribution and control systems. The role involves designing and delivering training, using workshops, one-to-one sessions, video materials, and toolbox talks; maintaining safety, quality, engineering, and ISO-aligned training records; updating training for new products and engineering changes; and reporting process, material, or skills anomalies. Candidates need strong training, communication, coaching, and continuous-improvement skills, with experience in mechanical or electrical production environments desirable.
