Description
AriensCo is hiring a Production Trainer for its Paint department in Brillion, Wisconsin. The role trains new and existing employees using TWI Job Instruction, evaluates trainee performance, monitors training metrics, manages training materials and 6S efforts, and supports production goals. The position also performs Assembly II production functions, troubleshoots safety, quality, and productivity issues, and participates in Kaizen events. It is a Monday–Thursday, four-day, 10-hour first-shift role paying $24.00 per hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
