Description
The Production Associate operates bakery production equipment, inspects and sorts product and trays, feeds trays into a tray washer, operates pan stackers and unstackers, assists with product changeovers, and maintains clean and sanitary work areas. The role requires physical work involving lifting, bending, stretching, and reaching, along with food-safety, quality-control, and OSHA compliance. It is scheduled for a five- or six-day workweek including weekends and holidays, with eight hours or more per day, and includes a 90-day probationary period.
