The Production Associate operates bakery production equipment, inspects and sorts product and trays, feeds trays into a tray washer, operates pan stackers and unstackers, assists with product changeovers, and maintains clean and sanitary work areas. The role requires physical work involving lifting, bending, stretching, and reaching, a five- or six-day workweek including weekends and holidays, and adherence to food safety, quality, OSHA, and GMP requirements.
