Description
The Work Supervisor supports and organizes a team of approximately 15 employees in an assembly and packaging production department. Responsibilities include assigning work, coordinating daily production, monitoring quality, working on the shop floor, motivating and coaching employees, and maintaining a positive working environment. The role requires secondary education or equivalent experience, stable work experience, production or assembly experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on the shop floor.
