The Production Support Worker supports manufacturing and production operations by packing, loading, cleaning shipments and components, following production plans and quality systems, operating and maintaining equipment, and reporting safety or process issues. The role also includes cleaning, documentation, warehouse material handling, consumable issuance, and participation in continuous improvement. Comprehensive training is provided, and candidates need German and English communication skills, physical fitness, attention to detail, teamwork, and experience in industrial and production operations.
