FAB ProWork is hiring a Production Worker in Wels to instruct, coach, and support employees with disabilities while processing customer orders for packaging, kitting/assembly preparation, complementary components, and assembling. The role also includes work preparation, quality control, receiving goods, and warehouse management. It requires a practical technical basic trade, relevant professional experience, social competence, MS Office skills, and a Class B driver’s license; SAP knowledge and a forklift license are advantageous. The position starts in October 2026, is paid €2,867.20–€3,294.10 gross per month for 37 hours per week, and offers flexible working hours and further training.
