Description
The Production Operator works in IKEA Industry Nantong’s automated furniture manufacturing facility, operating and maintaining production equipment, following safety and quality standards, supporting process engineers and production standards, recording production data, participating in continuous improvement, and training new employees. The role requires mechanical or automation-related learning, basic computer skills, and preferably prior manufacturing or machining experience, with English proficiency preferred.
