Description
The Production Operator works in IKEA Industry Nantong’s automated furniture manufacturing facility, operating small vehicles and production equipment while following safety, quality, 5S, and production-record requirements. The role supports process engineers and production standards, performs basic equipment maintenance, collects production data, participates in improvement activities, and trains new employees. Candidates should have mechanical or automation-related learning, basic computer skills, and preferably manufacturing or machining experience, drawing-reading ability, and English proficiency.
