Link Snacks is hiring a Production Worker to pack and palletize finished meat-snack products for shipment. The role follows production schedules, performs inspection and labeling, maintains safety and sanitation standards, and operates equipment such as taping machines, shrink-wrap machines, pallet jacks, and compactors. No prior education or experience is required, while warehouse and assembly-line experience is preferred. The position offers three shifts with starting pay of $17.00 per hour, plus applicable shift premiums, and includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) participation, paid holidays, and paid time off.
