Royal SMIT is hiring a Production Worker to assemble, install, inspect, and quality-check components for custom-made transformers in production departments such as winding, internal assembly, pre-assembly, sheet-metal processing, final assembly, or shipping. The role requires technical aptitude, a practical and responsible attitude, quality and safety awareness, and either prior production or assembly experience or motivation to learn the trade. It offers a gross salary of €3,000–€4,000 per month, a two- or three-shift schedule, onboarding, training, and advancement opportunities.
