Beecher's Handmade Cheese is hiring Production Workers for its new cheesemaking facility in Shullsburg, Wisconsin. The role is a hands-on manufacturing position that may be assigned to cheesemaking support, vat or table operations, packaging, sanitation, product handling, raw-milk intake, or HTST/whey processing. Responsibilities include operating equipment, monitoring product quality, completing production records, packaging finished products, maintaining sanitation and food-safety standards, and supporting regulatory compliance. The position begins onboarding and training around November 1, with operations scheduled between November 15 and December 15, and offers a starting rate of $21.50 per hour, a four-day work week with 10-hour shifts, and medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay.
