Description
The Cutting Production Worker transforms large polyurethane foam blocks into finished products by reading cutting tickets and technical drawings, operating manual, automatic, semi-automatic, and CNC cutting machines, minimizing waste, bonding and finishing products in a spray booth, and coordinating with colleagues. The role offers in-house on-the-job training and requires mathematical reasoning, precision, teamwork, punctuality, and the ability to commute from the wider area around Boom or own a car. The starting wage is €15.00 per hour, with progression to €18.00–€19.00 per hour and a €1.00 shift premium.
