Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Production Worker to sort and package cut metal parts, inspect and finish them, report deviations, record work, maintain a safe and organized workplace, and contribute to process improvement. The role requires technical insight, hands-on ability, flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork, and Dutch language skills; metal-sector experience is an advantage. It is a day-shift position with 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, 07:45 to 16:30, and includes paid leave, hospitalization insurance, eco-vouchers, bicycle-leasing options, coaching, and training. A permanent contract follows a successful interim period.
