Powell Canada is hiring a permanent Production Worker for its Electrical Division Edmonton (EDE) location. The role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor of the Fabrication department and involves producing precision parts and assembling Powell Canada products. Responsibilities include metalworking maintenance, masking and taping, moving parts, loading and unloading materials, organizing the shop and yard, assisting operators, deburring and finishing metal parts, assembling kits, operating material-handling equipment, and following safety and quality procedures. The position requires a high school diploma, basic English, physical ability to perform repetitive manufacturing work, and legal authorization to work in Canada; metal fabrication experience and safety certifications are assets. The role is full-time and involves hot temperatures, outdoor activities, and work at heights.
