Description
The Cheese Production Worker supports cheese processing and packaging by cutting and processing cheese, packaging various cheese types, performing basic quality checks, and ensuring products and packaging meet quality requirements. The role requires a flexible three-shift schedule, physical ability to perform production work, accuracy, teamwork, and motivation; prior production experience is not required but HACCP knowledge is preferred. Compensation is €17.13 gross per hour excluding shift allowance, with a 30% to 40% shift allowance, part-time contract status, holiday pay, a year-end bonus, travel reimbursement, training, and career advancement opportunities.
