Teufelberger Seil GmbH is hiring a skilled production worker, described as a laying operator or distributor operator, to operate and monitor production systems, manufacture components according to specifications, identify and document quality, safety, or process deviations, track production data, coordinate order sequencing, and support inspection, maintenance, and onboarding. The role requires a technical apprenticeship or training in metal processing, knowledge of wire laying, spooling, and winding, a valid crane certificate and forklift license, willingness to work three shifts, German B2 skills, and strong teamwork and quality focus. The position offers a base salary of €2,947.89 gross per month at entry, plus allowances, a bonus system, training, and other benefits.
