The client in Wolfratshausen is hiring a full-time Production Worker to fill and package active ingredients, operate and monitor production machines, supply materials, clean and maintain equipment, and comply with hygiene, quality, and occupational safety requirements. The role requires initial production or production-warehouse experience, willingness to work alternating early and late shifts, German proficiency, and reliable transportation; ERP experience is preferred. The position offers a long-term assignment, structured onboarding, above-standard pay, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and alternating shifts of 05:30–14:15 or 14:00–22:30.
