Gerresheimer Tettau GmbH is hiring a Production Employee (m/f/d) – Batch / Smelting to monitor batch and smelting systems, supervise aggregates, maintain process and quality standards, troubleshoot independently, and keep the work area clean. The role operates in a four-shift system and requires technical training or a comparable qualification with production experience, practical skills, reliability, physical fitness for occasional hot-area assignments, and good German language skills. Knowledge of glass manufacturing is desirable.
