Description
The role operates production equipment in a food-manufacturing environment, meets production targets for quantity, deadlines, and quality, supports preventive maintenance, documents improvements and root-cause analyses, and independently complies with hygiene and occupational safety requirements. The position also includes cleaning work and requires German language skills, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends. Vocational training in food technology, dairy, or a comparable food-industry field is desirable, while professional experience and technical understanding are advantageous.
