Röller Personalmanagement GmbH & Co. KG is hiring a Production Worker – Machine Operation for a long-term assignment with an established client company in the Steinfurt area. The role operates and monitors modern production equipment, supplies materials, detects deviations, performs visual and quality inspections, reports malfunctions, and assists with troubleshooting. It follows a continuous shift system with two early-shift days, two late-shift days, two night-shift days, and four days off, and includes structured training, safety and quality requirements, and shift premiums under the GVP/DGB collective agreement.
