Röller Personalmanagement GmbH & Co. KG is recruiting a Production Worker – Machine Operation for a long-term assignment with a well-established client company in the Steinfurt area. The role operates and monitors modern production machines, supplies materials, monitors production flow, performs visual inspections and quality checks, reports deviations, and supports troubleshooting. It follows a continuous shift system with two early shifts, two late shifts, two night shifts, and four days off, and requires production or machine-operation experience, German language skills, a class B driver’s license, and willingness to work shifts.
