A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co. is hiring CNC/Machining Operators for multiple second-shift production opportunities at its Elizabethton, Tennessee facility. The role involves setting up and operating CNC and manual machines, loading and unloading equipment, performing quality inspections, assembling, testing, and packaging products, checking parts against specifications, and handling materials. Manual and/or CNC lathe, mill, or machining-center experience is preferred, but training is available. The position pays $19.89 per hour with a $1.50 second-shift differential, wage increases every six months, and a retention bonus; benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid time off, and paid holidays.
