The Machine Operator will operate, set up, and monitor production machinery in a steel-processing environment, perform preventive maintenance, resolve minor technical issues, assist with overhauls, monitor production quality, and support colleagues when staffing levels are lower. The role requires a technical background or strong interest in technology, mechanical-process understanding, accuracy, independence, teamwork, safety awareness, and flexibility; prior machine-operator experience is advantageous.
