The employer is hiring an Extruder Operator to operate, monitor, and supply materials to film and packaging equipment at a family-owned food-packaging manufacturer in the Halle (Westf.) area. The role includes changing format parts and rolls, resolving minor malfunctions, checking quality, keeping equipment clean, and learning extruder operation; extruder experience is not required. The position follows a three-shift system, offers €18.00 per hour plus shift premiums, and provides training, work clothing, and a monthly fuel voucher. It is temporary agency employment with the aim of being taken on by the client company.
