The role manufactures high-quality color concentrates under the Caparol Industrial Solutions brand by operating and monitoring semi- or fully automated production systems, setting up machinery, preparing and mixing raw materials, monitoring production orders, and troubleshooting problems while complying with occupational safety regulations. Candidates should have vocational training in an industrial or technical field or initial experience operating machinery, work independently and reliably, value teamwork, have strong organizational and quality skills, and be willing to work a three-shift system.
