Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Monoshell Operator for its Dover Casting group in Dover, New Jersey. The role monitors and operates a dipping robot, maintains dip-coat quality, performs face, secondary, and backup dipping, prepares binders and other solutions, records production data, and performs minor machine maintenance. The position works Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with first-shift training Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The starting hourly rate is $25.66, increasing to $28.31 after 12 months, with shift premiums for off shifts.
