Description
The Production Worker / Packaging Operator performs bagging and baler operations in a manufacturing setting, including operating bagging, baler, shrink-wrapping, forklift, pallet-jack, and bag-sealer equipment; stacking and wrapping products; completing production and quality-control reports; and assisting with pellet-mill start-up and shutdown. The role requires physical work involving lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for at least seven hours, along with English-language safety, equipment-lockout/tagout, and troubleshooting skills. Day and night shifts are available, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
