Description
Howmet Alloy is hiring a Process Team Control Operator for its Dover, New Jersey plant on an afternoon shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Monday through Friday. The role finishes bar stock to customer specifications, removes and grinds casting defects, operates detector and CRT equipment, packs and reweighs shipments, updates computer systems, and performs other assigned process duties. Training is provided Monday through Friday for several weeks. The starting hourly rate is $25.66, increasing to $28.31 after 12 months, with a shift premium for off-shift work. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, legal authorization to work in the United States, and the ability to pass Jaeger J1 and inspector certification; visa sponsorship is not available.
