Description
Howmet Alloy is hiring a Refractory Team Member for its Dover, New Jersey facility. The role performs the full cycle of building, bricking, lining, ramming, and repairing vacuum and air melt equipment, including operating preheat torches, maintaining refractory inventory, assembling tapping blocks, coordinating with the Melt Team and Production Planning, and installing refractory in vacuum coils and AOD vessels. The position is an afternoon shift from Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with first-shift training, a starting hourly rate of $25.66, and benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.
